## Description

JOB TITLE Financial Analyst | MAF LifeStyle | Finance ROLE SUMMARY The Financial Analyst will support MAFL’s financial planning and performance management activities. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and well-structured ad hoc analysis that enables informed business decisions. ROLE PROFILE Coordinate and support MAFL’s annual budgeting process, including assumptions, and variance reviews with stakeholder’s Prepare Quarterly forecasts and rolling outlooks in partnership with business and finance stakeholders. Support the development of MAFL’s strategic plan, translating business priorities into financial projections, scenarios, and performance targets. Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, prior year, and strategic-plan targets; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Perform ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and business-case evaluation to support decision-making. Maintain accurate planning and reporting data across SAP S/4HANA and HFM, including reconciliations Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and communicate financial insights Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical quality REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting 2-3 years of relevant experience specifically in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and ad hoc analysis. ACCA or CFA certification is preferred. Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and HFM Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including financial modelling, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
