A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across Tax, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and the wider Finance organization. Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and financial-systems skills, with a focus on improving data quality and creating scalable processes. Comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve the speed and quality of tax work. You validate outputs, understand AI’s limitations and risks, and use approved tools responsibly to protect sensitive company and customer information.
