The Opportunity: Presight is seeking a strongly customer-focused, self-driven and results-oriented Full Stack Engineer. Key Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work within the development team to build the annotation platform on both sides front-end and back-end. Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects and Software Engineers to research, design, implement and improve functionalities of the annotation platform as part of a Big Data analytic system. Functional Own scoped features end to end: from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and production follow-up. Build responsive, accessible interfaces for annotation and data-review workflows. Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to clarify requirements, address edge cases, and deliver complete user journeys. Use AI development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while remaining accountable for quality. Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and apply security, privacy, performance, and reliability practices. Troubleshoot issues across the stack and improve features based on production behavior and user feedback. Follow applicable company policies and engineering standards. Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Strong computer science and basic algorithms knowledge. 3+ years of professional software development experience, including delivering features across frontend and backend. A full-stack ownership mindset, with the ability to move between application layers and follow work through to production. Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, alongside HTML, CSS, and web fundamentals. Experience with component-based frontend development, preferably React and Next.js, including state management, data fetching, and client/server rendering concepts. Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot, alongside working proficiency in Python for AI agent orchestration, LLM integrations, and supporting backend services. Practical knowledge of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and modular design. Understanding of modular monoliths and microservices, including service boundaries and architectural trade-offs. Working knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization. Familiarity with message brokers, such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, and asynchronous processing concepts, including retries and idempotency. Experience with automated testing, Git, code reviews, and debugging across the stack. An AI-driven development mindset, with practical experience using coding assistants or agents and independently reviewing and validating their outputs.
