You'll lead a cross-functional team of Backend and Frontend engineers making accounting effortless for business owners, under the guidance of Yanis, our Head of Engineering for the Accounting domain. ➡️ What you'll do Lead your team: You'll manage a team of Backend and Frontend engineers and help each of them grow. Put accounting on autopilot: You'll build features that generate bookkeeping automatically and show customers, in real time, the VAT they owe. Make accounting simple: You'll turn complex accounting and tax steps into a clear experience that business owners can complete with confidence. Bring AI into accounting: You'll ship AI-first experiences, like a chat that answers customers from their own accounting file. Co-own the product & keep the technical bar high: You'll shape the roadmap with your Product Manager and Designer, and guide technical design with your engineers while staying close to the code. ➡️ What we're looking for People leadership: You've led engineers as a manager or Tech Lead, and you're driven by helping people grow.
