About the Team We build the products that enable the next era of the Internet: making domains Readable , Discoverable , and Callable for autonomous AI agents. As AI agents change how humans and machines find, evaluate, and act on information, businesses need tools to control how they are represented and reached. We build capabilities that enable website owners to prepare their sites for agent interaction, test and observe how agents read their content, establish open interaction standards (like WebMCP), and create entirely new channels to reach agentic audiences. About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager to build and lead the engineering team across our Agentic Discovery portfolio. You will be responsible for the people, execution, and engineering quality behind customer-facing products that help businesses manage how AI agents understand, represent, and interact with their digital properties. You will partner closely with Product Management and engineering teams across Cloudflare to shape priorities around Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content ingestion/indexing, agent observation and testing tools, and open tool-execution standards (such as WebMCP and Generative UI). This is a management role for someone who is deeply technically credible. You will not be expected to write most of the code, but you should be able to understand the systems your engineers operate, challenge architectural decisions around distributed systems and web-scale data pipelines, ask the right questions when something is going wrong, and step into a technical problem when the situation calls
