Beyond registration, CoFo oversees the complete member onboarding lifecycle, ensuring cross-domain functionality and operability. To support our expansion into registering existing businesses and incorporating new ones in countries like Germany and France, the team is restructuring into two specialized focus areas: Established Markets: Dedicated to core operations in the UK. New Markets: A newly established team focused on scaling operations across Germany (DE) and France (FR). This position is critical to our growth and receives strong visibility from executive leadership. Because company formation is directly tied to new member onboarding, any friction in the process risks permanently losing prospective members. Consequently, building resilient, observable, and gracefully degradable services is essential for acquiring new members and successfully scaling into new markets. ABOUT THE ROLE: Lead and own the end-to-end delivery of company formation and business registration within the New Markets team, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements and market-specific nuances.
