About the role: We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to focus on our most prestigious segment: the AmLaw 200. You will work alongside the VP of Sales to execute a sales strategy that results in revenue growth and new customer acquisition within the top tier of US law firms. What you'll be doing: Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives through effective sales strategies and client relationship management Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch DeepJudge and meet existing and prospective clients Travel (usually a few days a month) to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our solution Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace What we are looking for: 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record in Legal Tech Deep experience handling complex sales cycles and high-stakes decision-maker structures US-based candidate (East Coast preferred), able to operate effectively in a fully remote environment Self-motivated with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota Consultative, value-based mindset with excellent negotiation skills Enterprise search or agentic AI experience is an asset What you can look forward to: Shaping the future of a high-impact deep-tech AI startup A fast-paced learning path, where you grow professionally every day Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements, fun work environment Compensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
