About the Role Bybit EU is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) EU to be the single accountable owner of the end-to-end operational experience for our European customers, ensuring a seamless customer journey while driving operational efficiency and reducing cost to serve. This executive leadership role covers AML / AFC operations, customer services, payments, MiFID operations, trading desk operations and external partner management , with a strong focus on operational efficiency, risk management and sustainable business growth. Reporting directly to the EU Group CEO , you will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Technology, Product and global Operations teams to build and maintain a robust and scalable European operating model. Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Performance Define and execute the European operational strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee day-to-day operations across European entities, ensuring efficiency, scalability and service quality. Own operational budgets, KPIs, resource allocation and performance management. Drive operational transformation, automation and continuous process improvement. Own the end-to-end customer journey across operational functions, working with Product, Technology and global teams to remove friction, address root causes and deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and cost to serve. AML & Anti-Financial Crime Operations Oversee AML/AFC operations, including KYC/KYB, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and financial crime investigations. Ensure effective operational controls, escalation procedures and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Partner with Compliance, MLROs and Risk teams to strengthen financial crime prevention and operational effectiveness.
