Purpose: The Experienced Engineer, Business Systems Analysis is responsible for supporting reliable, secure, and effective technology services that enable business and operational objectives. This role serves as a key interface between users, IT teams, and technology partners, providing technical support, analyzing business needs, coordinating issue resolution, and contributing to technology improvements. This position supports workplace and site technology, applications, infrastructure, and end-user services while ensuring alignment with IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and established processes. The role also participates in technology projects, system upgrades, deployments, lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
