ISGs support and collaborate with our geographic Consulting teams and One Gartner partners to meet our clients’ strategic objectives. Geographic Consulting teams manage client accounts, deepening and extending client relationships through strategic advisory support and delivering Consulting engagements. ISGs provide industry-specific insight in support of account planning, business development and engagement delivery activities. We deliver value to Public Safety and Justice (PSJ) clients by helping them execute on their strategic priorities, including: AI strategy and mission enablement Digital Acceleration and Transformation Modernizing core operational systems (CAD, RMS, 9-1-1, Integrated Justice Information Systems, etc.) Analytics and Crime Analysis Applications Rationalization Cloud Strategy Sourcing and Ecosystem Optimization Security and Risk Management Benchmarking Contract and Cost Optimization What you will do: Public Safety and Justice ISG Leaders are responsible for formalizing, sustaining and growing Gartner Consulting’s client relationships with Public Sector PSJ clients. As a ISG Expert Partner, you will build and maintain a portfolio of PSJ engagements and lead associates and consulting teams that advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters – showcasing PSJ subject matter expertise and how technology enables a wide range of PSJ operational outcomes. Your knowledge of PSJ industry trends, drivers, disruptors and constraints will drive Gartner’s go-to-market strategy and optimize the market opportunity. Our ISG Expert Partners collaborate with Geographic Partners and teams, Practices, Expert Partners and others to bring the best solutions to our clients.
