JOB TITLE Export Sales Supervisor - FMCG | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt ROLE SUMMARY The Export Slaes Supervisor is responsible for heading the function of the Import and Export by establishing and maintaining a process which guarantees the timely delivery of all goods to the stores. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring all internal processes, rules and regulations for Import / Export of goods are followed. ROLE PROFILE Provide inputs on the development of a strategic plan for the Import / Export team to help achieve organization objectives Propose Import / Export projects and strategies and oversee its proper execution Oversee the implementation of local regulations for import and export activities and develop a method to monitor their evolution Carry out the registration and label approval of the import and Private Label Goods Oversee the monitoring process of the supplier’s service levels and perform regular performance reviews with suppliers with actions plans Propose new sourcing opportunities and supplier partnerships based on market knowledge and understanding of FMCG product categories. Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers and partners to support sourcing activities and business growth across global markets. Analyze sales performance, supplier data, and market trends to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Supply Chain or Logistics specialization is preferred. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Import/Export operations within the FMCG industry. Demonstrates strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work comfortably with data, reports, and performance metrics on a daily basis. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and external stakeholders. Commercial and sales-oriented mindset with the ability to source suppliers, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
