The role We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Facilities Manager to take ownership of our Martinsburg site. You will be the backbone of our day-to-day manufacturing operations — ensuring the building runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while creating a productive environment for our team and visitors. This is a broad and varied role that blends practical, hands-on maintenance with coordination, vendor management, and office administration. The day-to-day Plan, schedule, and oversee broader maintenance activities, coordinating external contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Own the visitor experience end-to-end — managing access, sign-in procedures, security protocols, and ensuring guests are greeted professionally and in line with site requirements. Partner with People/HR teams to ensure new team members are set up for success, including workspace preparation, access, equipment, and a smooth first-day experience. Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, space planning, and the overall day-to-day functioning of the workplace. Help maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with relevant regulations and company standards. Practically minded with strong hands-on skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Comfortable managing utilities, vendors, and maintenance schedules. Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond quickly to issues as they arise. Excellent interpersonal skills — you're approachable, professional, and a natural at making people feel welcome. Discreet and reliable, with an understanding of the security and confidentiality requirements of a sensitive working environment.
