Facilities Assistant Location: Wyndley Leisure Centre, Sutton Coldfield, B73 6EB Salary: £13.45 per hour plus excellent benefits Schedule: Part-time 15 hours per week, Week 1 Monday, Tuesday and Saturday Week 2 Wednesday and Thursday. From preparing facilities for activities and events to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service, your work will have a direct and positive impact on communities every day. This is a role with purpose, helping create experiences that encourage healthier lives and support a better future. What you’ll do as a Facilities Assistant Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner Set up and dismantle equipment and spaces for a range of activities, events and bookings Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the centre, including changing rooms, toilets and customer areas Monitor facilities and report any maintenance issues or defects to the Duty Manager Promote the centre’s products and services and help customers find activities that meet their needs Follow all health and safety procedures, safe systems of work and risk assessments while carrying out duties Does this sound like you?
