Typical Accountabilities 主要职责 Facility management 公用设施管理 • Set-up and maintain work standard & process 制定和维护工作标准及流程 • Annual maintenance plan, inspection and test 年度维修的计划，检查，测试 • Responsible for breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance for facility 负责设施的故障维修和预防性维护 • Solve daily facility maintenance issues, provide site supervision and technical support 解决日常设施维修问题，提供现场管理和技术支持 • Manage changes, deviations and validation activities of Facility related. 管理设施相关的变更、偏差、验证活动 • Monitor technical facility service to whole site 监控全厂范围的设施技术服务 • Establish Facility long-term renew and improvement plan, and responsible for implementation 制定设施的长期更新及改善计划, 并负责实施 • Continuously improve the facility processes by initiate or introduce best practices 通过创新或引入最佳实践,不断改善设施流程 • Facility outsourcing service management, including integrated facility management (for CDC and New Lab), facility maintenance, cleaning, pest control, lawn, lift/crane maintenance, etc. 设施外包服务的管理，包括综合设施管理 (中国物流中心和药品检验/数据 分析中心)，设施维修，清洁、虫控、绿化、电梯/吊机维修等 Security and firefighting facility management 安保和消防设施管理 • Establishment and improvement of site security and fire-fighting facility management system to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and Global Security policy and guidelines 建立和改善工厂安保和消防设施管理体系,确保其符合当地法规以及总部 安保方针和指南的要求 • Establish, review and update relevant guidelines & SOPs on security & firefighting -facility operation and maintenance within Wuxi site/CDC/New Lab 建立、回顾和更新无锡工厂/CDC/New Lab 与安保和消防设施相关的指南 和SOP • Co-ordinate and attend internal/external Security & fire system related audits and inspection 协调并参与内外部的各类安保和消防系统审核活动 • Ensure site security and fire-fighting system and facility (including CDC & New Lab) run smoothly • 确保公司安防和消防设施（包括CDC、New Lab）平稳运行 Facility service management 设施服务管理 • Manage facility service and maintenance request, ensure all the malfunction and facility request completion 管理设施服务和维修需求，确保所有的故障报修和设施需求的完成度 • Ensure the feedback maintenance progress to customers to ensure satisfaction on facility service 确保完成与客户沟通反馈维修进展，以达成设施服务满意度 • Manage Engineering change process, ensure the application/assessment/implementation/Close and achieve process completion of facility and equipment renovation/change. • 管理工程变更流程，确保设施及设备改造及变化的申请、评估、实施和 关闭符合流程。 • Management drawings and technical documentation process. 管理图纸和技术文档流程。 Site Waste Management 工厂废弃物管理 • Responsible for site waste life-cycle management, including waste generation, category, transfer, storage, disposal 负责无锡工厂的废弃物全生命周期的管理，包括产生、分类、转移、贮 存、处置 • Formulate and implement annual waste improvement and reduction plans. 制定年度废弃物改善及减量计划并执行 • Manage hazardous waste disposal in compliance with GxP/SHE/Regulation requirement 管理危险废弃物的处置符合GxP/SHE/法规的要求 Function budget and spare parts management 部门预算及固定资产和备件管理 • Coordinate manage function overall budget 协调管理部门的总体预算 • Track function procurement request and follow up 跟踪部门的采购需求并跟进 • Manage function fixed asset, including annual assets stocking. 管理部门的固定资产，包括年度盘点等。 • Manage spare parts receiving, stock and delivery, support maintenance work. 管理部门的备品备件的收货、库存和发货，支持维修活动 • Continuously optimize spare parts management for safety stock and budget control 不断优化备件管理，以满足安全库存和预算控制的要求 Engineering facility project 工程设施项目 • Provide facility technical service support 提供设施技术服务支持 • On-site coordination and supervision 现场协调及监督 • Responsible for facility change and related renovation 负责设施的变更和相关改造 People & Organization management 人员&组织管理 • Develop organization under direction of line manager 在上级经理的指导下，健全和发展组织机构 • Implement initiatives to improve team performance 采取主动措施提高团队绩效 • Lead and provide guidance for team in the daily affairs 领导和指导团队的日常工作 • Responsible for team resource integration and arrangement 负责团队人力资源的整合和安排 • Develop team and personnel capability to ensure deliver high quality performance 发展员工和团队的能力以确保交付高质量的绩效 • Provide leadership to the team to ensure right level of communication reached 领导团队确保良性沟通 • Mange third party employees to support facility management
