The Finance Manager will provide financial and strategic leadership across Innovative Medicine by integrating worldwide management reporting, analytics, long-range planning, portfolio insights, and decision support. The role will own the collection, validation, interpretation, and communication of consolidated worldwide sales, balance sheet, cash flow, and forward-looking analytics; lead the Innovative Medicine five-year LRFP; and translate complex information into clear insights for business and senior leaders. The Manager will partner broadly across Commercial Regions, Global Finance, R&D, the Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Enterprise SCA, Investor Relations, and strategy teams. This highly visible role supports senior executive reviews and has two direct reports. Key Deliverables and Specific Responsibilities Drive the Innovative Medicine LRFP process, partnering with regional and global teams to develop a robust five-year plan. Own the collection, validation, consolidation, interpretation, and communication of worldwide Innovative Medicine sales, balance sheet, cash flow, and other relevant financial metrics.
