As a Finance Systems Analyst focused on integrations and automation, you’ll support the Finance Systems team in building, maintaining, and testing Application Programming Interface (API) integrations across core financial applications. You’ll work closely with senior Finance Systems team members to keep financial platforms communicating reliably, ensure automations run as expected, and document integration testing thoroughly in this hands-on, technically oriented role at the intersection of finance operations and systems engineering. By improving the reliability of financial data flows, you’ll contribute to 1Password’s mission of making it safer to use technology every day. How we’re using AI today On the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives. We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: • Build a foundation in technical work involving Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), integrations, automation, or related systems. • Work with Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) data. • Write or adapt scripts in Python, JavaScript, or another programming language, and apply sound technical logic across different tools and platforms. • Create and execute test cases for integrations and automated workflows, including edge cases, error handling, and retry logic. • Learn unfamiliar systems and technologies independently, using research and available tools to solve problems effectively. • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners to understand requirements and explain solutions. • Document integrations, test results, and workflows clearly; experience with financial systems, NetSuite, Workato, Postman, or similar tools is helpful. What you can expect: • Support the design, development, maintenance, and release of integrations across financial applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zip, Ramp, UKG, Workato, and Stripe. • Write and maintain scripts that automate data flows, transformations, and system-to-system synchronization. • Build and refine Workato recipes and integration workflows using APIs, JSON payloads, and webhooks. • Assist
