We are looking for a Financial Team Lead to manage the daily activities of our Finance team within the Shared Services Center in Sofia. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support while helping the team deliver high-quality services that meet evolving business needs. Your Responsibilities Manage the Finance team’s daily activities and ensure agreed service levels are achieved. Lead, support, and develop team members through coaching, training, performance management, and recruitment. Monitor service performance, resolve escalations, and implement corrective actions when required. Ensure that financial services are clearly defined and processes are properly documented. Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and process harmonization. Provide regular service updates and management reports to the Country Chief Financial Officer and internal stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least eight years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or controlling. At least five years of people-management experience. Experience managing projects, process-improvement initiatives, or technology implementations. Practical knowledge of SAP FI/CO/BW, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Hyperion. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and customer-service skills. Excellent command of English.
