Maintain check-in points, and self-report successes and challenges on these strategies Participate actively in new projects that drive departmental and firm-wide initiatives and goals Seek out additional ways to make an impact, such as mentoring, involvement in training, running campaigns, and active involvement in product enhancement You'll need to have: Extensive experience in Credit Markets, across cash and derivative instruments A sound understanding of Buyside and Sellside market structure and workflows (Sales, Trading, Research, Portfolio Management, Risk etc) A minimum of 7 years of practical experience working across financial services A sound understanding of Fundamental Analysis (financial statements & ratios and company valuation metrics & models), Relative Valuation and Market practices Practical experience using the terminal, or similar product, and applicable asset class functionality The business insight required to use your knowledge & experience to apply good judgement and demonstrate quick decision making to tangibly impact the commercial success of our business The ability to convey complex ideas and solutions in a simple and concise way to audiences both large and small of varying degrees of experience A reciprocal and commercial approach, along with ability to operate within both
