Somos más de 121.000 profesionales trabajando en equipos multidisciplinares con perfiles tan diversos como financieros, expertos legales, científicos de datos, desarrolladores, ingenieros y diseñadores We are looking for a seasoned Global Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio primarily composed of Tier 1 Taiwanese listed companies within the TMT, Renewable, and Traditional industries, alongside prominent multinational corporations (MNCs). The successful candidate will focus on intensifying client engagement, increasing product utilization, and facilitating cross-border business initiatives, particularly within strategic markets. Key objectives include identifying new revenue streams within existing accounts and expanding the portfolio through targeted new client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship lead for clients' day-to-day transactional requirements. Enhance client partnerships by assessing specific needs and broadening product adoption. Foster growth through the proactive delivery of bespoke financial solutions. Coordinate internally across cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee client onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and operational support. Lead the preparation of credit proposals for new facilities and annual credit renewals. Present credit cases and portfolio updates to the credit committee both verbally and in writing. Qualifications and Skills 5–8 years of experience in relationship management or product sales in the financial sector. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities. Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts. Proven track record in identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue. Solid grasp of trade finance, global market products, and KYC/compliance protocols. Advanced skills in creating professional presentations and slide decks. Expertise in Taiwanese sectors such as TMT, Renewables, or Traditional industries is a plus.
