The Customized Solutions Group (CSG) is the structured rates desk, trading customized derivatives in CAD, USD primarily and other G7 currencies, sitting within the CAD Fixed Income group. CSG also runs rates structured notes trading in Canada and the US. The desk works closely with Corporate and Commercial Derivatives Sales, Global Equity Derivatives (GED) notes structuring and sales, and Global Liquidity Management (GLM). We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to business development projects and provide general support as a valued member of our trading desk. In this role, you will be exposed to the fast paced and demanding environment of a trading floor. You will utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve our risk analysis tools, options trading & hedging strategies, and relevant processes.
