Conduct preliminary immigration and relocation assessments to inform early talent decisions. Develop creative recommendations for complex relocation packages aligned with business and employee needs. As an Operational Leader Manage the complete lifecycle of transfer administration, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and policy requirements. Execute daily financial reconciliation of Home Sale Plan accounts and manage weekly vendor funding requirements. Prepare and submit monthly invoices for relocation service providers. Validate vendor invoicing against approved pricing schedules and audit all processed invoices. Manage domestic tax reporting and respond to employee CRA-related inquiries. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance service effectiveness. As a Team Player & Collaborator Work seamlessly across internal teams (Compensation, Payroll, Talent, HR Partners) and external suppliers to ensure coordinated service delivery. Provide back-up coverage and support during peak periods. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes. Support compliance with internal control requirements (privacy, information security, etc.). What do you need to succeed? Experience & Education 2–4 years in a global mobility, relocation, or HR operations role. 2+ years of experience in operational, financial, or business functions (reconciliation, vendor management, account balancing). Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field. Preferred: CERC, CGMP, or Licensed Immigration Consultant certification. Skills & Capabilities Advisory excellence: Deep knowledge of relocation policy, immigration requirements, and tax implications; ability to interpret complex policies and provide sound counsel. Operational mastery: Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple processes and vendors simultaneously.
