As Global Therapeutic Area Head, Rhinology & Gastroenterology, you will report to the Global Head of Alliance Immunology and own the end-to-end global strategy for our multi-indication Rhinology & Gastroenterology portfolio spanning Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis (CRSwNP), Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis (AFRS), and Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). You will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary franchise team, as well as specialists across International Markets, Customer Engagement, Patient Marketing, and Market Development, serving as the internal champion and external face of the Rhinology & Gastroenterology franchise. Main Responsibilities Global Strategy & Execution Excellence Develop and own the global brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plan for the Rhinology & Gastroenterology portfolio across CRSwNP, AFRS, and EoE, ensuring full alignment with Sanofi's vision, alliance commitments, and market opportunities Co-create bold short-, mid-, and long-term strategic ambitions together with key markets, alliance partners, and external stakeholders, translating deep insights into a compelling and differentiated value proposition Facilitate regular strategy reviews, alignment forums, and knowledge-sharing sessions with local markets to drive global-to-local coherence and accelerate in-market performance Develop global campaigns, best practice playbooks, and modular content that empower local markets to execute with excellence and speed Drive targeted, market-relevant initiatives to dismantle barriers to biologic adoption in CRSwNP and EoE, including referral pathway gaps, diagnostic delays, and low disease awareness, ensuring Sanofi is positioned as the category-defining leader in these underpenetrated therapeutic areas Build awareness and engagement among ENT specialists, allergists, and gastroenterologists to accelerate appropriate patient identification Drive a differentiation and market leadership strategy across CRSwNP, AFRS, and EoE that ensures a compelling, distinct, and enduring value proposition versus competitors Irresistible Team & Culture Ambition Attract, develop, and retain world-class talent and lead a high-performing cross-functional team Act as a member of the Global Immunology Alliance Leadership Team, demonstrating enterprise leadership through best practice sharing, mentoring, and active contribution to franchise-level initiatives Create and articulate an inspiring vision for the organization that engages teams across functions, geographies, and levels — and brings them along on the journey
