See German version below Introduction to the job At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing team, you support the production of optical components, assemblies, and systems made of glass, glass-ceramics, and ceramics for our high-tech small-batch, single-part, and prototype production. Role and responsibilities As a Goods Receiving & Shipping Associate, you will: receive incoming deliveries from freight carriers and parcel service providers. unload and load goods using industrial equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet trucks. perform visual inspections of incoming shipments and document transportation damage. process goods receipts in SAP and digitize shipping documentation. store, stage, and prepare materials for internal transport and further processing. verify outgoing shipments, complete packaging and labeling activities, and maintain shipment documentation. coordinate delivery-related information with internal logistics teams and communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders via phone and email. Education and experience Completed vocational training in logistics, warehousing, materials management, or a comparable technical field Experience in goods receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, or a manufacturing environment Valid forklift license Practical experience working with SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications Ability to handle shipping documents, delivery notes, and logistics-related records accurately Valid driver’s license Skills Working in a highly precise manufacturing and logistics environment requires reliability, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across multiple interfaces.
