About this Role One&Only Le Saint Géran is looking for a creative, highly organised and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join its Marketing & Communications team. The role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and provide day-to-day creative support to the hotel, ensuring that all visual and marketing materials are produced to the highest standards and are consistent with the One&Only brand identity and the distinctive positioning of Le Saint Géran. The position will focus primarily on the production and adaptation of marketing collateral, brochures, guest communications, digital assets, presentations and website content, while supporting the wider Marketing & Communications team across campaigns, events, experiences and hotel initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with a genuine sensitivity to luxury, aesthetics, typography and attention to detail. Key Duties and REsponsibilities Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral Support the Marketing & Communications team with the hotel's day-to-day graphic design requirements. Create, adapt and update high-quality marketing collateral across print and digital formats. Design and update brochures, flyers, invitations, menus, fact sheets, posters, guest communications and promotional materials. Produce collateral for the hotel's restaurants, bars, Spa, wellness offerings, experiences and other guest-facing areas. Develop creative assets for hotel campaigns, seasonal activations, events and special occasions. Adapt existing creative assets to multiple formats while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. Ensure all materials follow One&Only brand guidelines and the visual identity of One&Only Le Saint Géran. Prepare artwork and print-ready files, ensuring correct specifications and quality. Liaise with printers, suppliers and external creative partners when required. Maintain an organised library of approved creative assets, templates, imagery and brand materials. Website & Digital Content Assist with the day-to-day management and updating of the hotel's website. Upload and format website content, including imagery, copy, offers, experiences and hotel information. Ensure website content remains accurate, current and visually consistent with the One&Only brand. Support the team with digital assets required for website updates and online campaigns. Coordinate content updates with relevant hotel departments and stakeholders. Assist with basic content management and troubleshooting where required. Creative & Content Production Assist with the selection, preparation and optimisation of photography for print and digital use. Creating/adapting visual assets for social media, EDMs, digital campaigns and other online channels. Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation or video editing as an advantage Resize, crop and perform basic image editing and retouching when required.
