This role will be responsible for leading a team supporting Treasury Investment Portfolio, Liability Management, and Repo Operations, ensuring efficient, controlled, and scalable end-to-end operational processes across Market Ops. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in Global Treasury products, Repo markets, and operational risk management, coupled with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and evolving environment. The role requires strong partnership with Global Markets Front Office, Treasury, Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, and other key stakeholders to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic business initiatives. The Assistant Vice President will lead a global team responsible for end-to-end trade lifecycle support, including trade confirmations, collateral management, income processing, cash and securities settlements, reconciliations, and exception management. The role will drive operational excellence, risk and control governance, business transformation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient support for Global Treasury and Markets businesses Liaise with front office, compliance, finance, claims, and IT teams to support the full trade lifecycle. Provide Trade Support for Asset Management and Liability Management teams of Global Treasury Drive transformation initiatives, including regulatory and market-wide programs such as ISO 20022, T+1, and platform modernization efforts. Lead end-to-end operational oversight of Treasury Investment Portfolio, Liability Management, Repo, Reverse repo and Markets Operations activities.
