## Description

About the role The GTM Strategy & Planning team is the brain of Nscale's revenue organization: it decides where the field points, how performance is measured, how scarce GPU capacity is allocated, and how each new product reaches the market commercially. This role is the senior individual contributor at the center of that team. One thing makes this role different from similar seats at established platforms: nothing here is inherited. The operating model, the metric definitions, the launch methodology, the planning cadence - they do not exist yet. You will design them from a blank page, pressure-test them against a business that is scaling extremely fast, and then run them with rigor. You sit at the interface of Sales, Product, platform, Capacity, Finance and Marketing. What you'll do Build the GTM operating system — from the ground up Design Nscale's GTM operating model: account engagement standards, funnel design, pipeline stages and forecasting methodology - and the execution standards that make them stick Define, instrument and operationalize the core GTM metric set - pipeline health, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, capacity sold-forward at energization, utilization on landed accounts - and build the executive dashboards on top of it Stand up and run the operating cadences: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, inputs to the weekly capacity allocation forum, and quarterly business reviews Drive annual and long-range planning with Finance and sales leadership: capacity modeling, coverage and territory design, headcount inputs, and quota and incentive governance Ensure data integrity and process discipline across every GTM motion - the operating rhythm only works if the data underneath it is trusted Run launches commercially Serve as GTM DRI for commercial launches - new GPU generations, managed services and the on-demand platform: own customer cohort tracking, coordinate field readiness, and run the launch-week operating room with extreme ownership Synthesize adoption and utilization signal - usage patterns, migration behavior, qualitative field feedback - into reads that leadership acts on Design and run the field response loop: how seller, solutions-architect and customer feedback gets captured, triaged and routed to the teams who can act on it Turn every launch into methodology: a repeatable NPI playbook with operating cadence, roles and handoffs, and an explicit bar for launch readiness Own the executive narrative Author the strategic analysis, steering-committee readouts, and launch retrospectives that executive leadership runs the business on - making adoption and performance trends legible early, not just retrospectively You might be a good fit if you have 7-10+ years in GTM strategy & operations, product strategy, or strategy consulting, with meaningful exposure to enterprise sales motions Built and run high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with many cross-functional dependencies at a high-velocity company - and turned effective heroics into repeatable, scaled methodology Zero-to-one evidence: you have stood up operating models, metric systems or launch motions where nothing existed before, not only optimized mature ones A clear point of view on how enterprise and AI-native accounts should be engaged, and the ability to influence senior sales leaders and executives without direct authority Written for and presented to senior executives - you can produce the readout leadership reads and hold the room with Product, Finance and Engineering counterparts Exceptional analytical skills rooted in data but never without actionable insight: SQL, sophisticated modeling in Sheets or Excel, and experience with BI tools (Looker, BigQuery or similar) A bias toward extreme ownership - you see the gap, you fill it, and you hold the outcome regardless of where the org lines fall Strong candidates may also have Experience at an AI, infrastructure, developer-tools or API-first company with consumption-based pricing, in addition
