Head of AI Adoption and Capability (100%) Zurich | up to 40% working from home possible | Reference 8391 SIX is establishing a group-wide AI Enablement Center to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence and translate AI opportunities into measurable business, customer and market outcomes. The Head of AI Adoption & Capability is responsible for helping employees and teams across SIX understand, adopt and effectively use AI tools, products and capabilities. What You Will Do Establish and operate the central AI support and enablement function for employees across SIX. Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools and products, ensuring employees receive appropriate communication, guidance and training. Establish office hours, AI knowledge-sharing sessions and other support channels to answer employee questions and provide practical assistance. Maintain an internal AI knowledge hub with documentation, user guides, FAQs, examples and reusable learning materials. Measure adoption, training effectiveness, employee satisfaction and the usefulness of support services. Work with AI Portfolio & Governance to ensure training and guidance reflect responsible AI requirements and relevant policies. Partner with HR Learning & Talent to coordinate AI learning programs and leverage existing learning channels. This is a hands-on founding role. Initially establish and operate the AI enablement and capability function directly and gradually build the team as demand grows. What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant, solutions architect, developer advocate, forward-deployed engineer, technical trainer or in a similar role combining engineering with user enablement. Strong AI engineering skills with experience in technical education, internal support or a related field. Able to learn new AI tools quickly, demonstrate their capabilities and explain them to audiences with different technical backgrounds. Experience developing and delivering practical training, workshops, onboarding and user documentation. Experience developing knowledge bases, communities of practice or peer-learning programs. Able to gather user feedback, identify recurring problems and coordinate improvements with technical and product teams. Experience working in a large or complex organisation; financial services or regulated-industry experience is an advantage. Experience hiring and building teams, with the ability to establish a new function from the ground up.
