Job Description: Job Profile Summary: The Head of Canada Insider Threat Management Investigations oversees the Canadian Insider Investigation Team responsible for investigating internal insider risk allegations, helping to identify root cause, minimize loss and impact to customers and the Business and assist in the final resolution of identified matters including collaborating with law enforcement and courts to prosecute criminal activity. Depth & Scope: Manages the Canadian Investigations Team in delivering best in class investigations services by providing people management leadership by leading and hiring the best talent, setting goals, managing operational inventory and KPI's, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required. Manages the Canadian Investigative program for allegations related to Fraud, Falsification, Access Abuse, Data Exfiltration and supporting partners in HR and Financial Crimes Risk Management. Effectively manages investigations inventory, team productivity and cost per investigation to deliver high quality investigations in a timely manner that support broader control enhancements to business partners Responsible for the successful completion of audit and compliance deliverables and findings Provides thought leadership in internal & external programs related to fraud investigations and insider risk matters Develops strong partnerships throughout the business and supporting functions, providing regular status briefings and engagement with other executives Drives continuous process improvements throughout the operations functions Leads and develops the Canadian Insider Risk investigative program, including investigative capabilities, operating practices and continuous enhancement. Drives continuous improvement, investigative data management, reporting and trend analysis to enhance program effectiveness. Keeps executives informed of significant investigations and prepares briefing materials on matters of interest or elevated risk. Education & Experience: 10+ Years of related experience Strong investigative prowess and liaison skills Demonstrated organizational and managerial skills to build and lead a team Inclusive leadership which fosters a collaborative and diverse working environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to clearly provide written and verbal reports that accurately and clearly summarize issues and present solutions in a clear and logical manner Proven ability to influence others actions and decisions without express authority Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external business relationships as well as collaborate across the organization with a diverse group of individuals Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and the ability to identify themes, emerging trends High personal & professional integrity & standards Excellent judgment, including
