Health And Fitness Coach Location: Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, Bisham, Marlow, SL7 1RR Salary: £12.71per hour plus excellent benefits Schedule: Shift patterns between Monday to Friday 5.30am - 10:00pm and Saturday to Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm Ready to impact a better future? As a Health and Fitness Coach in our Leisure team, you’ll inspire members to achieve their health and fitness goals through expert coaching, fitness programmes, and exceptional customer service. What you’ll do as a Health and Fitness Coach Deliver Health and Fitness programmes designed to help members achieve their individual goals. Coach and support members with safe and effective use of gym equipment and structured exercise programmes. Deliver group exercise classes, small group training sessions, and induction activities. Support the onboarding of new members, helping them access the most appropriate programmes and services. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across the gym environment. Complete regular equipment inspections and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Does this sound like you? Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential. Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards it within your first 12 months. Experience or knowledge of delivering structured fitness programmes and coaching clients towards their goals. Group exercise qualifications in areas such as Circuits, Indoor Cycling, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Pilates, or Reformer Pilates are desirable. Passionate about health and fitness, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
