YOUR ROLE Ensure the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across CEVA Algeria operations, with a primary focus on ceva logistics site. Support operational teams by developing a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory and ISO 45001 compliance, reducing workplace risks, and maintaining alignment with customer and CEVA Group HSE requirements. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Implement and monitor CEVA's Health & Safety strategy across the assigned site and operational activities. Ensure compliance with Algerian HSE legislation, CEVA Group standards, customer requirements and ISO 45001 standards. Conduct risk assessments and define preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace accidents and occupational hazards. Define, monitor and report HSE KPIs, ensuring effective performance management and continuous improvement. Organize and deliver HSE awareness sessions, toolbox talks and mandatory safety training programs. Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, identify root causes and implement corrective action plans. Develop and maintain emergency response plans, contingency plans and drill programs. Participate in internal and external HSE audits and support the implementation of corrective actions resulting from findings. Manage PPE programs, safety procedures and contractor safety compliance. Coordinate with occupational health services, civil protection authorities and other external stakeholders on HSE matters. Support dangerous goods compliance and HSE-related projects. Prepare legal, customer and internal HSE reporting. Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure HSE requirements are integrated into all operational activities. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ▪ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. ▪ 3 to 5 years of experience in HSE management within logistics, warehousing, transportation, industrial or manufacturing environments. ▪ Experience implementing HSE programs, conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and safety audits. ▪ Previous exposure to large logistics sites, automotive operations or customer-driven environments is a strong advantage. ▪ Experience with ISO 45001 management systems is highly desirable. ▪ Strong knowledge of Algerian HSE regulations and occupational safety requirements. ▪ Experience in risk assessments, root cause analysis, emergency preparedness and incident management. ▪ Good knowledge of PPE management and contractor safety requirements. ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ▪ French and Arabic mandatory. ▪ Professional English required for reporting, audits and communication with CEVA regional and global teams. ▪
