As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager , you'll be part of a high-performing Lending Hub focused on helping customers achieve their property goals. Working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment, you'll engage with customers, uncover opportunities, build a strong lending pipeline and deliver tailored lending solutions. Success in this role comes from your ability to create momentum, build relationships, convert opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will: Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify lending opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of home and investment lending business. Manage a high volume of customer conversations and enquiries. Deliver tailored lending solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Proactively generate opportunities through networking, referrals and relationship building. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve customer and business outcomes. Consistently achieve activity, growth and performance targets. Continue developing your lending expertise through coaching, learning and development opportunities. What will you bring? We're looking for people with energy, drive and a strong sales mindset.
