Job Description: The Program Manager focuses on strategic initiatives and alliances within HPE Managed Services. He/she supports and leads teams through the process improvement and implementation of Managed Services’ business operations through new tools, processes, reporting, business models deployments and initiatives. The Program Manager manages activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate project completion on schedule within budget. He/she works with cross-HPE functions & divisions to identify and improve process and program efficiencies. Work can involve external parties such as software vendors, service providers and partners, etc. How you'll make your mark: Manages and leads programs involving multiple functions and project teams to build our Managed Services operations and support for delivery and business teams Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program. Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet requirements and schedules. Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to project stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal development stakeholders to recommend and implement changes to processes or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established project roadmaps and schedules Oversees, executes and communicates business continuity messaging and process as it relates to Managed Services global team staffing (NOT delivery business continuity) Supports Managed Services business and workforce planning processes as it relates to strategic projects and priorities Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members. Utilize technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business Contribute to the design, build, implementation and continuous improvement of business operations processes, reporting, tools and strategies. Key deliverables/accountabilities: HPE procedures/policies are strictly followed Labor legislation is strictly adhered Program implementation and management Program deliverables provided on time and within required quality expectations Escalations solved based on escalation process Regular update meetings with stakeholders, regular track of meeting discussions All program actions completed on time Standard reporting execution Applying program/project management standards Working relationships: Internal: HPE Services – Managed Services teams External: Broader HPE Operations teams HPE Operations Finance HPE Operations Workforce Planning Hybrid Cloud HPE Operations DT&A team Managed Services Go To Market team About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Computer
