This is a Director level position within the HR Data & Intelligence team. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and application owners to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, analyze data and processes, and support solutions from initial concept through implementation. This role sits at the intersection of HR data and technology and is well suited to someone with strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities who enjoys working with data. Collaborate with application owners and downstream consumers to define data requirements, assess the impact of proposed changes, and support effective solution design. Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy through data validation, reconciliation activities, and ongoing analysis across systems. Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing, including test scenario development, defect analysis, validation of results, and production readiness activities. Contribute to data modernization and transformation initiatives, including legacy system migrations, while incorporating data governance, privacy, security, and access requirements into solution delivery. Support delivery planning and execution by identifying dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations, while effectively communicating requirements, decisions, issues, and status updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll bring to the role: At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Technology Analyst, or in a comparable role supporting data or technology initiatives. Experience working across business and technology teams to analyze data, identify quality issues, perform reconciliations, support data-driven applications, understand system integrations and data flows, and contribute to data governance and data quality initiatives. Experience with functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, implementation validation, and Agile delivery practices using tools such as Jira. Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative delivery environment. Experience supporting HR data, HR technology, HRIS/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday), data integration technologies, APIs, databases, report writing experience, modernization efforts, system migrations, or other large-scale data initiatives.
