This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. This role will need to be able to work an in-person schedule out of our Ormond Beach, FL manufacturing facility. #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Research and assist in issue resolution for complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems including analysis of time and quotas to identify root cause and solution of time & pay discrepancies Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records HR generalist responsibilities, including developing and interpreting policy, benefits administration, employee relations, and recruiting. Lead, coach and develop HR resources supporting the Ormond Beach site. Model and practice positive employee relations including but not limited to walking the site floor regularly, conducting roundtables, identifying and executing opportunities to improve employee retention and morale Manage review and completion of weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll Act as the Time Administer for all Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and payroll and time support as assigned. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years related HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment. Intermediate to advanced skill set in Microsoft office applications. Solid knowledge of employment law Working knowledge of Time Management systems to include Kronos/UKG and Workday Time modules. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and ability to gather and analyze information objectively and skillfully Strong planning and organizational skills Strong judgment, decision making and influencing skills. Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US.
