Introduction The HR Executive Talent Management team at ASML supports the growth and development of senior leaders across a global organization of more than 44,000 employees from over 140 nationalities. In this internship, you will contribute to programs and processes that help leaders maximize their impact and prepare for future challenges. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives within a leading high-tech company. Your assignment As an intern within the Executive Talent Management team, you will support the design, improvement, and implementation of talent management initiatives for senior leaders across ASML. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to projects that strengthen leadership development, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout the internship, you will gain valuable experience in project management, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and change management. Your main responsibilities will be: Support the development and continuous improvement of talent management processes and programs Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations Prepare communication materials, presentations, and training content for various stakeholder groups Contribute to change management activities that support the adoption of new initiatives Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and learning sessions Support ongoing HR projects and operational activities within the Executive Talent Management portfolio Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced employee experience This is a end of bachelor or master internship (non-thesis) for minimum 5 months, minimum 4-5 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027. Your profile To be suitable for the internship, you: Are currently pursuing a university bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Studies, or a related field Are in the final phase of your studies and available for a minimum of 5 months Demonstrate strong analytical skills and can work with qualitative and quantitative information Take initiative, work proactively, and are comfortable managing tasks independently Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing Are collaborative, curious, and eager to contribute in a dynamic international environment Working at ASML means joining a diverse and inclusive workplace where people from different backgrounds collaborate to solve complex challenges.
