This position reports to: Global Continuous Improvement Manager __ Join our Global HR Operations team and help drive continuous improvement across our HR Services organization worldwide. This is a global role, partnering with HR Operations teams and leaders across countries and regions to improve processes, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable business impact. We're looking for someone who combines strong HR Operations experience with continuous improvement expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. The work model for the role is: hybrid (2 days/week in office). You will be mainly accountable for: Leading global HR Operations continuous improvement initiatives from concept development through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Partnering with HR Operations leaders across regions to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Driving process standardization, simplification, automation, and operational excellence across HR Operations. Using data and structured problem-solving methods to identify issues, develop solutions, and deliver measurable results. Supporting the adoption of new tools, technologies, frameworks, and ways of working to improve operational efficiency. Building continuous improvement capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Qualifications for the role: You have at least 8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or GBS/SSC environments. You have proven experience in leading continuous improvement, transformation, and/or process optimization initiatives. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, confidently engage senior stakeholders, and influence at all levels of the organization. You have strong project management capabilities, with a structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven approach, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. You are at ease communicating fluently in English in a professional environment. As an advantage, you have experience applying Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or AI-powered solutions within HR Operations, including identifying opportunities and translating them into practical business solutions.
