We value teamwork, continuous learning and supporting one another while delivering positive employee experience every day”. – Aleksandra Kalińska, Manager, HRS Reward & Career Changes What you will do Support UPM units in Poland with administrative tasks related to the employment life cycle and benefits Co-operate with HR Business Partners at UPM’s mills and office sites, as well as with external stakeholders (e.g. payroll or benefits’ providers) Provide advice to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and HR system related questions using ServiceNow, phone and chat Maintain HR system (Workday) related to personal, employment, compensation and benefit data Support time and attendance processes, including system troubleshooting and various queries Deliver onboarding sessions and support pre-boarding documentation Prepare HR documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives based on current need, your interests and skills Who you are You have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field of study You are fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken You have practical experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, payroll-related activities or other HR operations areas You have a good understanding of Polish labour law and are motivated to further develop your expertise in this area You are comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools. Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow would be a strong advantage undefined You have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy supporting employees and managers in their day-to-day HR matters You are a team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn You can work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team This is what we offer to you Meaningful job: We are proud of what we do.
