The role requires strong visibility on site, proactive engagement with the workforce, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HSE representative on-site, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards. Provide visible safety leadership through regular site inspections, daily walkdowns, and active engagement with the workforce. Enforce Life-Saving Rules and promote the use of Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions or behaviors are identified. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements. Verify that Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems are properly implemented and adhered to at all times. Monitor and ensure contractor compliance with HSE requirements, standards, and procedures.
