Immunology Internship Program Overview: The Johnson & Johnson Immunology Internship Program offers a full-time, immersive learning experience within Immunology Therapeutic Area Research and Development. Job Description: As a Strategy and Operations Intern, you will join the Immunology Portfolio and Asset Management team and help advance business, operational, and clinical excellence across Immunology. Working with an assigned mentor and colleagues across scientific and operational functions, you will contribute to projects involving portfolio planning, budget and outsourcing strategy, data management, and organizational communications. This role is designed for a highly organized and analytical student who communicates clearly, learns quickly, and enjoys translating complex information into practical insights and recommendations. You will complete a defined project and present your work at the organization-wide Summer Intern Research Symposium. You could be responsible for: Collaborating with physicians, scientists, and operational partners to gather, organize, and synthesize information for project deliverables and leadership communications. Analyzing clinical, operational, financial, or portfolio data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and recommend next steps. Developing clear presentations, dashboards, summaries, SharePoint, and other communication materials that support alignment and decision-making.
