Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle for e-Governance initiatives 2. Manage program planning, execution, monitoring, and closure 3. Coordinate with government stakeholders, departments, and vendors 4. Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, cost, and quality benchmarks 5. Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling 6. Track KPIs, SLAs, and project deliverables using dashboards and reporting tools 7. Ensure quality, compliance, and governance standards 8. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and governance meetings 9.
