Responsibilities: What You Will Do • Lead development of advanced ML and statistical models for complex healthcare problems • Drive best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor • Translate real-world problems into scalable data science solutions • Partner with global stakeholders to influence product and business decisions • Mentor and elevate the technical depth of the data science team • Stay at the forefront of ML and healthcare analytics advancements Who We Are Looking For • 4+ years in data science or related quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Math, etc.) • Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and problem-solving • Experience with large, high-dimensional datasets and communicating insights clearly • Expertise in modern ML approaches including: • Transformers (NLP, representation learning) • Deep learning techniques • Graph-based methods (Graph Neural Networks) • Exposure to causal inference / decision-focused modeling is a plus • Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive high-impact outcomes • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience taking models to production • Healthcare & Healthcare Revenue Cycle domain experience is a plus Mandatory skill sets: Data Science, Modern ML, NLP, Deep Learning Preferred skill sets: Data Science, Modern ML, NLP, Deep Learning Years of experience
