Responsibilities: Engagement Risk Management: Serve as a critical liaison between engagement teams and risk/compliance functions to start client engagements. Track all the Engagements Riks activities in the portfolio Operational Engagement Support: Oversee engagement operations including resource planning, Raising invoices Coordinate with Engagement Manager for creation of Engagement Letters Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that engagements comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Assist with internal and external audits related to engagement risk and operations. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with partners, engagement managers, risk team, and other stakeholders to facilitate risk discussions and operational efficiencies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business , Finance, Risk Management, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in a PMO role focused on risk and engagement operations, preferably within a Big4 or large consulting firm. Strong understanding of engagement risk management concepts, compliance, and operational governance frameworks.
