Responsibilities: • Module Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors RCM templates (Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Application Management, and Offer Templates). • Business Rules & Workflows: Set up route maps, approval workflows, and business rules (such as mapping position attributes from Employee Central to Job Requisitions or setting country-specific currencies). • Integration Support: Manage integrations between RCM and other modules like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Onboarding, and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). • Testing & Support: Execute system testing, handle defect resolution, and provide tier-2/tier-3 production support for recruiting tools. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from HR teams and translate them into clean, functional system design and documentation.
