The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience managing account operations, including project financials, resource utilization, billing/invoicing, and contract management, compliances and stakeholder management. Additionally, the person should have a basic understanding of SAP solutions to assist in RFP/bid management, combined with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to build commercial models and high-quality executive presentations Responsibilities Project Financials & Operations: Manage end-to-end account operations, tracking project budgets, actuals, revenue forecasting, resource utilization, and practice margins Invoicing & Billing Management: Govern the billing and invoicing lifecycle, including timesheet tracking, milestone approvals, raising invoices, and tracking accounts receivable (AR) Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contractual documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Adhere to legal compliances while managing these contracts RFP & Bid Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end proposal response process, collaborating with SAP Solution Architects, Sales, and Delivery Leads to meet tight deadlines Proposal Content Support: Leverage basic SAP domain knowledge to draft, review, and refine RFP technical responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements Commercial Modeling: Design, build, and maintain robust commercial pricing models and cost sheets in MS Excel for various proposal scenarios Executive Presentation
