Your day-to-day responsibilities Full category ownership and vendor management in HR, marketing and professional services categories as a starting point, with possibility to take on other categories that match your experience Manage the full purchase-to-pay process in your categories, from purchase request to purchase order, invoice and payment Run sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and negotiate commercial terms Manage vendor relationships, performance and onboarding Strategic category management and planning Help develop Indirect Sourcing processes and ways of working What we’re looking for Must haves: Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience At least 4 years in indirect sourcing or procurement, for example as a category manager or sourcing specialist Proven experience running sourcing events and negotiating contracts on your own, especially for services Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, offer comparison offers, total cost of ownership) Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Nice to haves: Understanding of commercial contract terms (liability, intellectual property, data protection) Experience sourcing SaaS and software ERP experience in purchase-to-pay and source-to-pay processes Experience improving procurement processes in a growing company Application Process TA Interview Hiring manager interview Team interview Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
