Job Description: Job Title: Infrastructure & Utilities VP Location: London Corporate Title: VP Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial sponsors, governments and sovereigns around the world. You will be part of the Infrastructure & Utilities (I&U) team, coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of transactions Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets (M&A, ECM, DCM) with Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) based clients. Your responsibilities will include client coverage, valuation and analytical work, supporting on transaction execution and the development of pitchbooks and working closely with the team across multiple live projects.
