As the Innovation Centre Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Singtel's FutureNow Innovation Centre (FIC), our flagship innovation showcase and strategic customer engagement platform. You will bring enterprise technologies and real-world use cases to life through compelling storytelling, interactive showcases and personalised executive experiences. Working closely with the Centre Director, Product, Sales, Solution Architects and technology partners, you will lead content development, showcase refreshes and customer engagement programmes. You will also play a central role in the design and development of the new FutureNow Innovation Centre at Singtel's Comcentre office, translating the Centre's vision into engaging customer journeys and innovative experiences while ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness. How You will Make An Impact: Innovation Ideation, Content & Showcase Development Co-create industry- and customer-specific solution stories with Product, Sales, Pre-Sales/Solution Architects and ecosystem partners, translating complex technologies into clear business outcomes Develop and maintain a roadmap of innovative showcases and demonstrations covering connectivity, 5G/6G, AI, edge computing, cybersecurity, IoT and other Enterprise growth areas. Lead content development with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and technology partners to deliver engaging and relevant customer experiences. E nsure technical accuracy, brand consistency and compelling value propositions across showcases and executive presentations. Manage content approvals, version control, refreshes and ongoing improvements to keep demonstrations relevant and up to date. Executive Engagement & Customer Experience Position FIC as a strategic platform for executive conversations, innovation discussions and customer engagement. Design personalised customer journeys for C-suite executives, strategic accounts, leadership visits and industry delegations. Develop executive-ready agendas, showcase scripts, presentations and briefing materials. Host and facilitate customer visits, including presentations and demonstrations at the Centre's demo bays. Capture customer insights, feedback and potential business opportunities and coordinate follow-up actions with Account Managers and relevant stakeholders. Track customer engagement outcomes, satisfaction and potential pipeline opportunities. FutureNow Innovation Centre Operations Manage day-to-day Centre operations, including visit scheduling, visitor management, hosting arrangements, hospitality and vendor coordination. Maintain operational procedures, demonstration readiness, security protocols and incident escalation
