Position Overview The Production Lead Inspector is responsible for ensuring all in-process and final assemblies meet internal quality standards, engineering requirements, and applicable IPC standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical inspection expertise, and leadership capability to guide and mentor inspectors. The Production Lead Inspector will work closely with production teams to ensure compliance, identify nonconformances, and verify that all work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
