Region MED > Customer Project Execution, MED > Installation East The Installation Department East is in charge of installation and commissioning of all wind farm projects from start to completion, in our East cluster, made of Romania, Ukraine and Croatia, and other countries in the area where business is under development.Being based in Bucharest in Romania, the Installation Coordinator is responsible of a team of site supervisors that supervise the activities on site performed by our subcontractors: transportation, deliveries, lifting operations, mechanical completion and commissioning. Supporting the Installation Manager, the Installation Coordinator is responsible to support activities and provide support to the site teams and for delivering projects according to our standard in term of Safety, Quality, budget and planning. It also works closely with the planning, transport and other departments to ensure each wind farm delivers the highest energy yield within the client's specification. Responsibilities Reporting to the Installation Manager East, the key tasks are: Ensure Vestas health and safety procedures are followed, quality standards met Ensure following of planning project schedules Supervise the delivery, construction and commissioning of wind farm projects within budget and time constraints and adhering to quality and contractual obligations Supervise work carried out by subcontractors Provide support to installation East organization Drive and manage performance of the installation supervisors, for internals and subcontractors Compliance with internal training matrix Management of the team Management of the execution Collaboration with other departments Qualifications A master's degree or similar level qualification in business At least 2 years' experience as a project manager, site manager or team manager, e.g. in operations, in a multinational environment Experience in a range of IT and software packages, including Primavera Project Planner, comfortable with digital tools Experience in large projects Experience supervising and coordinating teams Good written and oral skills in English Competencies Leadership, problem-solving, negotiation and argumentation skills A high commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and managing crises Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills What We Offer We offer an exciting job in a motivated, international environment.
