We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Manager who will play a key role in supporting the global Transition Management team within Morgan Stanley Fund Services, with a focus on operational execution, process optimization, and technology-driven improvements.This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and technologically savvy individual who enjoys solving problems, building efficient solutions, and challenging traditional ways of working. In addition to supporting critical onboarding and fund lifecycle activities, the successful candidate will leverage advanced Excel skills, AI tools, and automation to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. The position offers broad exposure to fund administration and global operations, with opportunities to take on greater ownership and potentially expand into client-facing transition management responsibilities over time. Coordinate legal entity creation and organic fund launches, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Manage account opening requests, monitor aging items, and proactively resolve outstanding deliverables. Maintain and enhance onboarding pipeline reporting, tracking key milestones, activity, and operational metrics. Support fund liquidations and transitions out, coordinating requirements across internal teams. Assist with pricing rules, KYC requirements, and FTP setups, ensuring accuracy, appropriate controls, and timely completion. Design and develop Excel-based tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve transparency, data quality, and operational oversight. Identify manual processes and implement practical improvements through automation, AI-enabled tools, and technology solutions.
